I will not ship something out until everything is paid in full.
If you decide to cancel your order let me know as soon as possible. I am willing to work with you. I expect to be reimbursed for anything prior to the cancellation (i.e., buying packing materials, boxes, etc).
I ship Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service. I ship standard mail which usually takes 3-5 days within the US depending on location. If the hat is traveling outside the US, it usually takes 6-10 days for Canada and the U.K. and about 14 days for Greece and Australia. Please contact me for international shipping options.
If you would like to ship something different from this, let me know. I have no problem working with you. However, it will be at your expense. Please let me know this before you order. Please note, I only have USPS in my little town.
I put insurance on all packages. For some international orders, insurance and tracking are not available.
Anything lost, stolen, or ruined in the mail is sad, but sadly out of my hands. I will do my best to help if I can. If the hat is returned to me because it wasn’t pick up or some other reason that is out of my control, the customer will have to pay for shipping again to have it sent back. I do not require a signature on packages. However expedited/overnight shipping sometimes requires it.
Free shipping does not come with insurance (except for the initial $50 from the post office). If you would like added insurance, please let me know.
If you need a package sooner then the average 3-5 days, express shipping is available on most products within the continental United States. Sometimes it’s not overnight but two days. It depends on the location and the time of year. This isn’t something I have control of. For most big cities it is available. Smaller cities it’s usually 2 days. Sometimes express shipping requires a signature so please keep that in mind when you ship express. They don’t let me opt out of this.
The express 1-2 day shipping is only available on products that are already made.
Expedited/Overnight Shipping is not available for International orders

Please note, any international shipping might be subjected to extra custom fees. This is to be paid by the customer so they can receive it. Packages can be held. If you have any questions or concerns about where your package is please contact me. I will do what I can.
Sometimes I internationally ship not priority mail. It’s much cheaper but it’s a little risky. There’s no tracking or insurance available. The package sometimes gets stuck in customs and there’s no way to know until it gets sent back. If you would like to take this route let me know before you purchase. It is at your own risk. I seem to have the most trouble in the UK with this type of shipping.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
Most items are not refundable. Any custom orders or handmade items are not refundable. However, I want to make sure that you are as happy as possible so please contact me and I will work with you the best I can. Items can only be returned and refunded because of a mistake on my side. Please make sure you read the description.
In most cases there will be a 20% restocking fee.
I will not accept something back that has been worn, smells like cigarette smoke, or has animal hair. The customer can choose to have it shipped back to them if I choose not to except it.
All shipping is on the customer.
I need to be notified that there is a problem with the order within 2 weeks of it being received. After that to much time has passed.
If a return is agreed to, items need to be shipped back by the customer within 2 weeks unless another time has been set and agreed to. Anything beyond that will have a restocking fee.
